Esthetics by Kaya specializing in providing eyelash extensions and eyebrow tailoring services in the Hampton Roads region. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This is non-negotiable. 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment without being charged a fee of 50% of your service for late cancellation. No-show/late arrival (exceeding 5 minutes) results in a charge of 100% of your service. No texts or DM's to cancel/reschedule appointments - you may cancel/reschedule through the Vagaro booking platform only.
